man. eleven months in and i feel like i’m nearly, finally getting used to / in the swing of full-time work, with it’s severe lack of free-time hours during the week compared to when i was in uni. it’s been a tough adjustment, that’s for sure. but i’m lucky enough to have a job that i love, so it’s good.
the start of the year saw a camera in my hand a lot, but doing it all day for work meant the number of personal photos i took is pretty lacking! especially compared to my time in germany and beforehand where i was borderline obsessive in my documentation of the things around me. it’s weird to look back on my laptop and not have a crap load of photos… but i’ve learned a lot from it too. i’m just enjoying whipping out my tiny little golden half for the occasional photo, and not having to worry about any post-production/editing whatsoever. so good.
here’s a few images from around august when i chucked a roll of film through an old pentax k1000 to test it out – how beautiful are those tulips i got for my birthday eh? i have the best friends everrr.
